Arunanjali has been an independent training consultant for 8 years, designing and delivering training programs at Citibank, TCS and ICICI Prudential. She has also consulted with Vodafone, reputed management institutes, schools and various NGOs. She has consistently delivered high levels of improvements through individual coaching for large sets of people in the banking services sector.

Prior to this, Arunanjali has 6 years of work experience in the banking industry, where she managed a sales acquisition team, initiated and led the service quality team for branch- and Phone-banking, Collections and managed the Marketing Services function and Product management. She has managed teams of up to 50 people.
